In search of inspiriation
As you already know, I love being outdoors and I dread the coming winter because it's hard to be outside during the cold and snowy season. So today I drove around until I came across something that I really loved. The camera didn't capture really what I was seeing, but I love the two types of water: the stillness of a pond on a hill and the excitement of the rushing creek far off in the distance.

Nice comparison of water sources in this photo. You know I share your sentiment about the seasons; however, you are doing well to capture autumn in all its beauty.
Impressive photo. Thanks for posting.
I really love this one, Jayme...you captured such rich, deep colors! The grass looks like velvet...trees are still showing their lovely fall colors...and the 2 different bodies of water really set this off. Great job! (Where IS this place? Please tell!).
lovely scene jayme.
the colors are beautiful.
also,nice composition.
Wish I'd been there, HB. Let me guess - Hughes Rd and the Schoharie?
