I'm getting much better at making omelets, but not so good about finding pictures to take during the week! This is actually my supper. Hoping for a peaceful night of school work before the dreaded BOOK 1 of the ELA test tomorrow. Actually, I'm glad that it is finally here.

Yummy, I love omlets. I should think about making myself one. Nice shot, but the next time you make one, work the subject with different angels. I know what you mean about having trouble finding subjects. Wait till you see my lame post for today.
I like the arrangement of the silverware, and the fact that you cut off part of the plate. It is a very pleasing composition...and your omelet looks delicious! (I don't even know how to make an omelet. Did you use a special "omelet" pan?) :-)
I absolutely can not make an omelette so I am impressed with the picture and the meal! Nice job!
