The first one jumps off the page! I love the color and texture. In the second photo I find it interesting how you placed the rice, individually (focused) and then clumped/stacked as they became unfocused. I also like the table?wood? that they sit on.

Very, very cool images. I love the first, probably because I gravitate to images with green, one of my favorite colors.
But the rice is compelling too. Love the limited dof. Good experimenting. Isn't it fun?
