A wooly visit!

Trish, Bridget and I got to go to a local sheep farm.  We braved the chilly wind, a curious llama, several electric fences and a LOT of poop!  In the end, it was worth it just to be on top of a hill at sunset, seeing sheep and lambs leaping and running, and last but coolest, a brand spanking new lamb who was born today!

Isaiah 61:3

To all who mourn in Zion, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive spirit instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory.

The 365 day challenge

The 365 day challenge has long been over and I DID IT :) Now, I take pictures to continue to develop my technique and expertise over my equpiment. I took a short break this summer but am now back into it full swing. My interests in photography lie in composition, mood, and pictures that invoke emotion. I want people to look at my photos and see something that connects to their own lives. I hope you find something here that you like!
