Okay, why the heck am I posting at 5:39am?! Well, it's election day and it's going to be a very busy busy day with after school meetings and the pancake supper until 7pm. Just in case, I thought I should showcase my breakfast this morning. Let's just put it this way: I'm such a terrible cook that I now only have 3 pots in the house (the others are no longer recognizable as pots). Okay, it's not that bad, but seriously! Look at my over easy egg! Isn't it perfect?!? I couldn't pass up the chance to say: Hey mom! I really CAN cook:)

I love bacon and eggs...all I manage is oatmeal in the morning. Hope election day is all that you hoped for!
