30 years old

What do I like about turning 30? That I've tried many things, made many errors and have lived to tell about it. That I've discovered new things about myself and learned that people can change for the better. That I've still retained my belief that there is good in all people and I still trust in that good. That people love me despite my hard headedness. That I am still an open book, waiting to be written on.
p/s: No luck with buttons, I promise I will try tomorrow or Saturday:)

This is really spectacular. Definitely a keeper. Hope you're going to get that printed--one for yourself and one for your mom. It's a beauty--and I love the sentiment that goes with it.

I sense another Thursday assignment: "What's Your Age And What's Good About It".

Linda is right...this IS really spectacular!!! I don't know how you keep coming up with such awesome self-portraits! I really lovethe b/w and special effects. You write about your "open book"...I think you should do a book of your self-portraits! Hope you had a wonderful birthday, Jayme!!! :-)

Framing Images and Memories said... are brave to do self-portraits b/c most don't like to do that and you create them with such care. This one is fantastic and the added border make it soft and pretty. Great job.
